About the Event
Combine upscale rental apartments with a hip condo and a hotel that merges SciFi futurism with the luxe of business class airline cabins. Put them on West 42nd Street. Then decide in mid-design to “go green.”
Focus Lighting will provide a behind the scenes look at the design of and the process behind the co-located MiMa Residences and Yotel, followed by a tour of these two very distinct and innovative projects.
