About the Event
Originally constructed as the New Mills Hotel in 1907 and converted to office space in 1954, this landmarked building has returned to its former glory as a hotel once again, now as the Moxy Times Square. The brand’s flagship property combines design with entertainment and work life. Its features include a triple height atrium bar, seafood brasserie and the largest indoor/outdoor hotel bar in New York City.
The hotel is a product of several teams of architects and lighting designers. Guest rooms, public spaces and Bar Moxy were designed by Yabu Pushleberg with lighting by Cooley Monato Studio. The façade is by Stone Taylor with lighting by Cooley Monato Studio. In-house restaurants and upper floor bars are by the Tao Group, designed by Rockwell Group and with lighting by Focus Lighting.
Join us to explore new design trends in the hotel work/life concept with a co-presentation and tour by Cooley Monato Studio and Focus Lighting.
