See What’s Cooking at (and Lighting) the New Institute of Culinary Education

January 20th, 2016

About the Event

If you can’t stand the heat, come visit THESE kitchens! The Institute of Culinary Education has been reborn bigger, better and, of course, energy efficient in their new Brookfield Place residence. Coinciding with their 40th anniversary and the help of TPG Architects, ICE built a new 74,000 sq. ft. state of the art facility. Complete with views of the Hudson River to the west and the World Trade Center the east, ICE is probably the most sophisticated and beautiful culinary arts school in the country.
